- 1 whole egg
- 1C.coffee powdered sugar
- 40cl of semi-skimmed milk
- 180g oat flakes
- 5g of fine salt
Instractions
in a bowl, mix together: powdered sugar, salt, milk and oatmeal. Mix, beat the egg slightly omelette then add to mix again .
cover the bowl with cellophane paper and let stand overnight at room temperature, the next day heat a non-stick pan.
when the pan is hot, pour a ladle of pancake pasta with oat flakes. cook for 2 to 3 min until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and turn over and continue cooking for another 2 min so that the pancakes are immediately accompanied by melted chocolate, jam, powdered sugar or Maple syrup.
